We ALL have our own unique patterns, there is nothing wrong with that, it's how humans operate due to our neurology and how our brains develop.
These patterns control our lives (whether we are aware of it or not) and they impact our relationships, work, success, fulfilment and happiness levels......until we really do the work to understand and transform (that's where I can help)!

Continue to develop your self-awareness (there is no end to this work)!
Focus on understanding the thinking patterns and behaviour that you are experiencing (without judgement or shame).
Ask yourself, what outcome are they generating currently.....?
EXPLORE YOUR EMOTIONS:
What are you feeling most of the time? How does it feel? Good or not?
Observe all your reactions to people and situations. Notice how triggered/sensitive you feel. How personally do you take things? What meaning do you give to it? Positive or negative? What story do you tell yourself?
NOTICE REALITY V DESIRES
What is happening in your life (relationships, work, health etc)..... is it in alignment with your truest heart wishes and desires?
It IS responding to your vibration, so is your vibration (your thoughts, energy, beliefs, emotions) in alignment with your wishes and desires? How are they working together or against each other?
