Or take longer, that part is up to you! 😉
Everything is perspective. 🔭
Everything begins in the mind.
Perspective is a mind game; it relates to how we perceive. 👓
Perception is our personalised filter, conditioned by life experience & inner narrative.
Impostor syndrome is related to self-doubt & ironically is a trait often found in the most capable people! 🤷♀️
That’s why it needs BLASTING! 🧨
It gets in the way of performance, enjoyment & fulfilment – the stuff we love! ❤️🔥
When this mind gremlin shows up, 🧌
here’s an energising way to shift to feeling good (what we are reaching for).
If impostor syndrome was an element, it would be too much water 🌊 & air! 🌬️
Just like nature, we need our elements in balance. ⚖️
If confidence was an element, it would be fire! 🔥
So if you want to stoke a fire (the warrior within)
& there’s too much air blowing (energy in the mind)
& too much water (emotions) you can imagine nothing is going to burn!
The fire will be dampened / washed away & blown out!
𝐒𝐨, 𝐥𝐞𝐭’𝐬 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 🔥 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞!
𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲, 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐚𝐬𝐦, 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭!
1) Take the focus off yourself & show up for others / the cause.
Switch off the internal/self-referencing chatter & direct your energy to the mission, because It’s not about you.
2) Get Excited! 🤸♂️
Focus on building the positive energy for the project/position. 🔑
3) Connect what you are doing with your own values (alignment). 🏹
4) Get Curious, be interested & ask questions – knowledge is power. 🤓
5) Who are your support team? 🙌
You are not alone! Connect with people who are buoyant & see possibilities!
This will provide a total perspective shift & flips the focus massively. 😃
Anything can be transformed into the positive. 🦸♀️
Nothing is inherently positive or negative,
that is only determined by the way we choose to perceive it.
Every challenge is an opportunity in disguise! 💡
You have totally got this! 💪
Keep the Faith, Amanda G 💫
