you must be relentlessly committed to an inner dialogue of self-persecution!ย
No mercy, no surrender!ย ๐ซ
A torrent of thoughts based around strict expectations (preferably unrealistic
& inflexible) blended with harsh self-judgement is the cocktail required! ๐ธ
Be sure to take a zero-tolerance stance on self-kindness so you can direct the
power of your full attention & energy towards self-rejection.ย โ
If you are truly determined to excel in this department, remember to lambast
yourself at every given opportunity.ย ๐ช
Practice makes perfect after all!ย ๐
Be your own task master & remind yourself that imperfection will be punished,ย ๐ฅ
whilst simultaneously developing the neural pathways that align & comply to this critical strategy.ย
Developing this automatic response saves time & effort in the long run.ย โฐ
For the hardcore half lifers, itโs important to have boundaries in place here
(visualise cold, cast iron, rigid, inflexible ones - think prison style!)
because there are no points for effort, learning or growth on this watch. ๐
