Learning to back MYSELF has been one of the HARDEST parts of my journey,ย
especially when an unexpected radical rehaul of my beliefs became part of the process!ย ๐ฅด ๐ซจย
I am SO deeply grateful for the people who believe in me (I mean REALLY) ๐ย
but I also had to find the faith within myself as a solid core foundation
(more solid than my actual core at the moment, which needs a LOT of work)!ย ๐คฃย
Despite the evidence of my achievements,ย
it wasnโt enough,
because I couldnโt feel my security on the inside,ย
it was somehow fragile & needed to be met with external sourcesย
(bank balance, body image, public opinion, validation blah blah etc).ย
I learned how to believe in myself during my toughest, most challenging years,
when things were NOT going how I wanted them to.ย ๐ฌย
A time when difficult situations continually presented, โกย
& deeply buried emotions surfaced for a rinsing!ย ๐ฅบย
In these times we find out what we are really made of,ย
and do you know what?ย
I am so bloody proud of the version of me that emerged!ย โค๏ธโ๐ฅย
I needed to find herโฆ.
โฆbeneath the rubble of the cr@p I had piled onto her in terms of expectations, perfectionism, guilt, control, doubt & victimhood.ย
I did find her, she surprised me with a blend of vulnerable, tender, compassionate, fiercely loving divine feminine energy that opened the heart,ย
then I discovered the inner warrior with a strong moral code AND backbone! ๐ชย
She is also perfectly imperfect, ever learning, totally flawed, biased & probably a bit weirdโฆat least I hope so anyway!ย ๐คฃย
She is Me in her entirety!
And completely my responsibility.ย
Lord knows why I am talking about myself in the third person but it felt right!ย ๐ย
Soโฆback yourself 100% because nobody can have your back quite like you can!
Accept yourself, your gifts, your desires & your quirks & go FORWARDย
with all your energy in the direction of SELF BELIEF & FAITH!ย ๐ฅย
Pure POSITIVE FOCUS brings MOMENTUMย
& why not have more JOY, FUN & FREEDOM along the way?
