I work with students who are preparing for A-Levels. Generally it's at a time when they are feeling stressed, frustrated or emotional in the lead up to exams.
There are many techniques to help students who are feeling stressed or anxious on a biological and psychological level to feel in control, calm and prepared for the performance test ahead.
It's a priviledge to support young people navigating new territory and experiencing a range of emotions that manifest themselves mentally and physically. It may be that they would also benefit from some work around self-belief.
I would recommend 1 hour coaching sessions for students and typically they benefit from 1 - 3 sessions.
